In the South Bay area of Southern California many horses are the target of theses criminals and Lomita sheriff has their own civilian surveilance team they are after me and they abuse lots of horses firemen and lots of reserves from Lomita Sheriff consirer against Lomita sheriff even has its own mounted possee if your a target you can go to the Lomita sheriff in my case I did and recieved a death threat they scare my horse (stealth like I have been injured many times.
