Each of these practices are easy to learn and once acquired can help you to meditate on your own just by focusing on your breathing. I lead just about every meditation moment with the relaxing breath I learned from Dr Weil on this CD. It really helps to be listening to him and practicing along with him. If you can only master this technique, it will become one of your master skills for a happier, healthier and more productive as well as beautiful life.

I recommend this CD for everyone. It will help you with relaxation, calmness and meditation. These exercises will change your life and your emotional set-point for the better and ff for the rest of your life. Each exercise is short and easy to do. Most can be done within 10 minutes.

Use these techniques when appropriate, whether for falling asleep, driving and need of staying awake and for relaxation when you’re feeling stressed and harried.

The simple breath exercise 4-7-8 will help anyone looking for anger management or anxiety-reducing techniques. This breath exercise brought me out of depression and panic attacks when I lost my start-up business.

There are many exercises to choose from. They take minutes to listen to and implement. If you are looking to learn how to mediate, then I suggest starting with this CD. It takes some time and practice to learn how to focus just on your breathing and learning how to let go of an overly active brain.

We tend to think that too many thoughts is the sign of genius but it is not. It’s a sign that we haven’t learn to filter out the rubbish from the quality thoughts that will keep us on the road to success and a life of joy and fulfillment. Like any other muscle, what we don’t use on a daily basis, we lose. Your breathing capacity is one of the first to go.
