Emile Coue (Kway), a French chemist and psychologist (1857-1926), discovered
how to help fix emotional and physical disruptions of the human mind and body.
He is the father of conscious autosuggestion and the first Do-It-Yourselfer for personal healing. Google: Self Mastery Through Conscious Autosuggestion, 1922.
He was an early believer that physically and mentally upset (pain and stress) causes our electrical energy system to breakdown (suffer a disruption) in its bioelectric neuropathways. Coue` trained patients to help heal their minds and bodies through
a simple system of autosuggestion. It worked quickly and consistently.
So
How do we know Coue` was not just another crackpot or scam guy?
Neuroscience
A disruption of the human energy system is scientifically measurable with an
EEG (Electroencephalogram) indicating the brainwave rhythms in cycles
per second (Hz). The electrical metric of our heart is clearly visible with an EKG
(Electrocardiogram). If your circuit breakers pop, your ten-watts of electricity
stop flowing causing physical (pain or stroke) or mental (depression) disorders.
fMRI
Today, a fMRI (functional Magnetic Resonance Imagery) scan produces computer
views of our brain in action. It shows the flow of blood into the structures of our brain as we react to our relationships and environment.
Our brain triggers instinctive reactions when we are stressed, filled with angst, or excited with pleasure. The brain causes our body to react with fight-or-flight or relaxation through the release of hormones and neuropeptides for survival and self-preservation.
Coue and his autosuggestions register positive brainwave changes through conditioning (programming).
The First Step
Coue offers a strategy and specific instructions to program you own mind
through repeating his unique Target Affirmation.
Every Day in Every Way, How Can I be completely healed of my stress and discomfort and feel Better And Better?
It must be repeated five-times with your eyes closed prior to falling asleep (hypnagogic), and five-times on awakening (hpynopompic), and during a midday
10 minute meditation. It takes about two-minutes to repeat the Target Affirmation
five-times. It reaches both our conscious and non-conscious minds; and our left and right brains.

The Second Step
The secret of first reducing and then eliminating physical or emotional pain in our body is tapping the area with the index and middle fingers of the hand on the opposite side.
It is called decussation and chiasma, a crossing over of the fibers of our nervous system causing your right brain to control your left side of your body and vice-versa.
Example
Your left kneecap is throbbing with pain and giving you a powerful headache. You use your right hand (index and middle finger) to tap gently seven-times in the center of your kneecap while reciting your Target Affirmation. Do the Coue` strategy once with your eyes closed, and once with your eyes opened. It takes up to two-minutes.
Mental Visualization
To produce a permanent improvement, mentally see a healing beam of light penetrating your kneecap as you tap seven times and repeat your Target Affirmation for two-minutes.
Quick Fix
A Chicago attorney sent us an email about his practical use of the Buzzing of The
Bee. He was skiing alone at Vail and slammed into a tree and buried over his head in the icy white stuff. He was conscious and scared for his life listening to his heart
racing like death was knocking at his door.
No one came, it was 6 am, and he was getting frostbite in his hands and feet.
He decided to try the nutty Coue` Buzzing of the Bees to take his mind off his
pain and anxiety. Later he said this was the first time he had ever use the strategy
since graduating. And he thought it really dumb and uncool.
He closed his eyes, gathered up his attention and intention, and began to hum his
Target Affirmation – Every day in every way, how can I save my ass right now, and feel better and better?
Danny got up a head of steam and began to sing it louder and louder and
started sweating. He began to manipulate the fingers of both hands causing him more pain. Soon he was rolling the fingers across the two thumbs faster and faster and the circulation seemed to improve.
Now he began to mental visualize a team coming to dig him out. He pictured himself
sitting in front of a roaring fire at the lodge giggling about his adventure, with a
beautiful companion. Soon he was smiling and within minutes laughing at how stupid he was to believe in such an insane thing as Coue` and his goofy Every Day…
Now he started pushing himself around the buried space using his hands and feet
as if he was swimming. He concentrated on a different Command Affirmation that
went, Its going, going, going …gone. It sounds like a bee buzzing as you crunch the
words together. The last time you add, And-it-is-so. He did it for five more minutes.
Nobody came. He was feeling like an ass repeating these incantations. It was not lawyer-like and his partners would have him disbarred for being superstitious.
He push upward, the ice cracked and he could see the sunshine. It took another half-hour of singing Every Day in every way how can I save my dear-old-ass and feel better and better? He was tapping with his fingers. He continued with the crazy mind pictures because it made him feel better. He thought, what could it hurt?
Finally he was actually feeling better and he decided to recite the B.I.N.G.O song.
There was a farmer who had a dog and Bingo was his Name-o. He thumped the letters, B-I-N-G-O against his sides and widened his snow-trap even more.
No one came. It took another 60 minutes and Danny worked his way upward and
outward. Yes, really; look, it is his experience.
He dragged himself to the lodge singing Every Day…and crying every step of the way. Took another hour. He had a broken left ankle, a severely sprained wrist.
