What we expect in our mind tends to be realized. In other words what we think about is what we attract and we become what we think about. Our subconscious minds use every means at its disposal to carry out the plan.
Thoughts can make you ill or keep you well. They can make you successful or keep you from obtaining success. Mental images formed become the blueprint of the subconscious mind so by being aware of our thoughts we can change the outcome. The brain and nervous system respond to mental images either self induced or from the external world.

Start with a few exercises like visualize a wonderful holiday to a place of your dreams. Notice how that makes you feel. Perhaps think about the happiest day of your life and recall the joy you felt. Write yourself an imaginary cheque for the amount of your choice and spend it all on the things you desire. The list is endless. Imagination is imagery and imagery feeds the subconscious mind.
