Create A Feng Shui Classroom
There are energy fields in all areas of Feng shui. To harmonize the best indicator can be found in the bagua map. According to the bagua map, it explains to you the different space zones. To be in harmony with the environment the indicators should be followed for harmony with everything around you.
You can use the bagua map in your classroom to get the same results, here is how to do it –
Look at how you arrange everything in your classroom including, furniture, chairs, tables, and the chalkboard. Using the bagua map to locate where all the items should be arranged. You will find five elements on the map there is fire, earth, ,metal and wood. When you arrange everything according to the map, you will be in harmony.
There are quadrants in the octagons on the map that you should design your classroom in to achieve maximum results.
If you find you can not arrange your classroom in the open style of the bagua map, due to the room design, building structure or position. It is possible to arrange it in a conventional style. As long as you arrange the elements of design according to the map. First though try to arrange every area with the bagua map and stay with in the arranged zones. There are occasions that it might be impossible to have an open design in the classroom that is following your bagua map.
The next step is to use a Feng shui compass to indicate the best positions with In the eight compass direction. You can then decide which area and orientation to use for the room and decorations.
As a teacher, you should always be able to see all of the room and each student without having your back to the door. You, the teacher are the most influential person in the classroom. If there is only one part of the map you can follow, it should be arranging the desk that you are working on according to the bagua map.
Another important design key is to keep any object or design that can disturbs the flow of chi. out of the direct line of the students. A student can be directly effected if they are required to sit below a open bea, and can have problems from the extra pressure that it will cause.
Teaching students to keep a clutter free classroom is important for Feng shui and will help lower the chances of accidents in your room.
