Habits Of Highly Effective Chiropractors: Know Yourself

Highly effective chiropractors have really taken to heart Plato’s old axiom of “The unexamined life is not worth living!”

They are inwardly and outwardly more “in touch” with who they are and why they do what they do than your average D.C. They recognize the fact that they are “only human” but actually relish in the innate realizations this understanding creates!

They recognize that they have strengths and weaknesses and unlike many doctors they actually celebrate both. This understanding is one of the many keys to their success for there is power in this knowledge.

The power results from the ACTIONS THEY TAKE and the IN-ACTIONS THEY CHOOSE NOT TO TAKE as a result of this understanding. They tend to delegate out their weaknesses rather than focusing on them and giving them power. They tend to focus more on their strengths and as a result they accomplish more in shorter periods of time and their strengths continue to grow.

This is witnessed in their mastery of the art of chiropractic through their technique. Their application of the art of chiropractic keeps them connected to all of the other things associated with being a highly effective chiropractor. Their strength in this area continues to grow the more they practice it because it is the culmination or pinnacle of their focus in chiropractic!

They have defined success in their ideal and will stop at nothing to achieve it. They are not as easily swayed by others as a result and often exhibit more joy, contentment and fulfillment in their lives as a result of living THEIR LIFE and not someone elses!

These understandings of self allow them to stay on top of their game through things like knowing the proper quality and quantity of rest they should be getting. Knowing the proper quantity and quality of nutrition and hydration they should be getting. Knowing the proper quality and quantity of exercise they should be getting. Knowing the proper quality and quantity of personal time and holidays they should be taking and knowing where their personal energy high and low points are and scheduling their life accordingly.

These docs live and demonstrate gratitude for their lives and have an inherent sense of inner peace that comes from knowing that all is well in their world. They have a knowledge that things are what they are and that it is O.K.! They commonly use affirmations, anchors and rituals to help them remember what they know to be true for themselves in the world.
