The art of positive thinking is not so much an art as it is a discipline, and as with anything worth mastering it takes time, practice and patience.
The good news however, is that everybody and anybody can master it. All you have to do is decide to take action. Pick a goal, vividly imagine it, and banish all negative thoughts and doubts.
NEVER BEFORE has it been more important for people to exercise this life-changing discipline.

Your mind can be your biggest enemy or your best friend. And only you can decide how your life turns out.

They are a number of motivational speakers that have been teaching people how to change their lives through positive thinking. And there are hundreds of resources available online. I have used a few, and I have noticed that the messages are usually the same. I have however; just recently acquired a copy of The 11 Forgotten Laws by Bob Proctor. This author has a unique perspective on the subject and I strongly suggest this programme to anyone that wants to change their life for the better. Take charge of your life NOW!
