I am blessed with being able to have conversations with Archangels and Ascended Masters, courtesy of my wife, Jill, who is an Avatara (Male is Avatar); a person chosen by the Godhead, to receive and deliver messages for the benefit of mankind. The Angelic Realm use telepathy to contact and communicate with people, and if the medium is powerful enough, they can speak through them.
On this occasion, we were talking to Archangel Chamuel, and this is what I penned:-
Archangel Chamuel: Greetings! We know that you would perhaps prefer to be relaxing and being with your children, so we thank you for communing with us once again. We will first look at what the Kundalini is.
The Kundalini means many things to many people, and is known under a variety of names:- In Christianity, the Kundalini is known as the Holy Spirit. The Chinese refer to the Kundalini as Chi. Japanese as Ki. In India it is known as Shakti. To us, it is known as ‘supreme energy’. However; many great channellers, sages and spiritually gifted teachers who have connected with this energy have named it Kundalini. Therefore, to help those who seek to connect with God; light; the one conscious energy, we have called it so; to enable you to research for yourselves. And also if you need to, you can connect with a teacher will who help you through this process of connecting with your inner supreme power.
This is extremely advisable if you find it hard to still your mind, relax or meditate. This source of energy resides in every living thing: trees, plants, animals, birds and humans. It is formless and is the supreme energy that controls every living cell. Without this, nothing would function. To connect with God; light; the one conscious energy you need to awaken the Kundalini within you.
To do this, you need to project your awareness within and not project it outwards, as most of you currently do. Learning to project your awareness inwards can be done in many forms: meditation (Or as some would prefer to call it: reflection.), yoga; through the use of sound, like mantra’s (Which is popular with Buddhists.), chanting, physical exercise and also through breathing techniques.
Once you have awakened the Kundalini, you will discover the supreme power to enable self healing, and a whole new perspective on your true nature and the one true connection to God; light; the one conscious energy. It is very important at this stage that we explain that when you experience and awaken the Kundalini, you will experience manifestation. And for those who aren’t quite sure what is happening, may feel that they are becoming ill.
It is quite normal for you to experience flashing lights, visions and strong emotions. Although we would advise that you will be quite safe and able to control the surge of power you’ll feel. If you wish to attempt the teachings we bring you, please remember that ‘you’ are in control and try your best not to feel frightened. At times you may experience some of the following:-
– Feeling highly emotional
– extreme tiredness
– a feeling of detachment
– negativity towards oneself
– seeing of auras
– coloured lights
– orbs or balls
– insomnia or agitation
If you do experience any of these, then you should be pleased, for you are indeed awakening your inner energy and experiencing a detoxification of energies that are currently affecting your physical body. It is also important that once you venture on this pathway, it is with the right motivation. Your true desire to connect with God; light; the one conscious energy, in its purest divine form. Whilst it will not affect you materially, it will affect your actions, the way you are and how you travel through your life’s journey. It will bring you happiness, health and peace.
To help get you started, we would suggest you find a comfortable chair to sit on, or if you prefer, cross-legged on the floor. If using a chair, ensure that your clothing is loose and that you have no restricting belts or shoes. Place your feet firmly on the floor and ensure that your back is upright. If you slouch, you will not be able to allow your breathing to be full. Ensure you are somewhere, where you’ll not be disturbed by your telephones, T.V., family or friends, unless you wish to try this in a group.
Your breath is what connects you with the universe; the cosmic energies. So it is with this thought that we will first begin with breath. When you breathe, you breathe in a rhythmic pace that is at one with the energies that surround you. Try to focus on your breath as you breathe in. Allow the breath to completely fill your diaphragm and you’ll notice that for a short, brief spell, before you exhale, there is a nothingness, where the breath doesn’t come in, or out. This is the space where your supreme energy is: truth; God; light; the one conscious energy.
When you first try it, you will probably hold your breath. This is not what we want you to aspire to. We want you to become aware of the breath entering and leaving the physical body. Initially practice this technique for 15 minutes, and as you progress, build your way up until you can attain this quietness of mind for one and half hours every day.
Learn to follow your breath. Listen to it. Listen for the space in between the breaths. Slowly become aware of this space. For as you progress, you will find the space in between, becoming longer. Try this for a suitable period of time. Do not rush or force yourself. Allow your natural energies to guide you. When we next commune, we will show you how to incorporate what we have given you today, with the use of mantras for those who are really struggling.
We would ask that perhaps you research mantras and the different methods people around the world use, to assist you with helping others connect with God; light; the one conscious energy. If possible pay particular attention to those that resonate to the voice vibration of ohm, ham, so.
Blessed be, Chamuel.
