Often people come to me seeking new ways to manifest their desires, whether it is better health, more success or greater fulfillment in their daily lives. I find that they typically have a well developed spiritual life which is lush rich and rewarding, but a personal life which very much resembles a desert. They may engage in prayer and spiritual healing for others, or regularly commune with the angels and their spirit guides.
The inner landscape of their spiritual experience is a lush oasis, bubbling with the water of deep connection to the spiritual experience. But when it comes to day to day living, their experience often falls short of the deep joy and satisfaction found through communion with the divine.
This usually shows up as difficulty with finances, strained relationships, disorganization or the inability to set goals and stick to them. Because there is such contrast between the spiritual and physical worlds, these people often seek refuge from the harshness in their physical world by hiding in their spiritual practices.
Yet they can’t seem to direct the lushness of their spirituality toward manifesting their desires here on the earth plane. It’s a self perpetuating cycle, which results in continued contrast and duality between the two worlds. Although this cycle of running back to the oasis can be a natural phase during a spiritual growth spurt, it can quickly become frustrating and debilitating and keep you from creating the life you want.
As the old saying goes, we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Therefore both worlds are important to our experience as physical beings. We are meant to use awareness from the spiritual world to direct our desires and fuel our creations in the physical world. This is how deep satisfaction with the human experience is achieved. The essential conduit between spirit and manifestation is inspired meaningful action.
Many of the people I work with have been scared off by the idea of taking action. With the advent of collective awareness about the law of attraction, action often gets relegated to realm of what unaware and nonspiritual people do when they don’t know how to attract. There is much confusion about when to take action and what type of action to take. Each phase of creation requires a different type of action with a specific purpose.
Let your spiritual life guide you to the actions which help you create the life you want to live. Then take those actions with confidence that you will create the kind of lushness you desire in your day to day experience.
You have been asking for change for a long long time, and have been yearning for the opportunity to be your true magnificent self in the world…free of fear and operating under your own power. To the outside observer your life may look like chaos, but your inner spirit knows the truth about your situation, and only it has the calm to help you navigate the outward storms. You only need to know how to give it the right fuel to move you through the rough waters into the place where calm seas take you to where you want to go.
